PLEASE READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE 2025 SEASON!
The owners of Karlson Evergreens, their daughters, and staff are looking forward to seeing all of their customers again for the 2025 season! Karlson Evergreens started 35 years ago as a hobby, and quickly grew into a business we are proud of today. Our goal has always been to grow premium trees with excellent needle retention. Very soon, we will have ready 3 varieties of Balsam fir, and 2 varieties of Fraser fir, all with excellent needle retention.

This year, for 2025, we have 1 Fraser fir variety available to cut. If you are looking to purchase a Fraser fir, we ask that you try to come the first weekend we are open, on Saturday, November 29, and Sunday, November 30. There will be limited available past that weekend. Our other Fraser variety is not tall enough to cut this year.

Majority of our trees are 6-8 feet tall. We have very few 9 foot trees available. It will take at least 2 more years to have taller trees available again, while we patiently wait for selected areas to grow to that height. We know this will be disappointing to our customers who have been loyal to us for their taller tree needs. We appreciate your understanding & patience.

Our prices remain the same as they were last year. If you are visiting us for the first time this year, we ask you to email us at karlsonevergreens@gmail.com for price inquiries.

We encourage our customers who are currently working from home to consider visiting us during the week, to reduce the crowds on the weekends.

We strongly encourage groups to limit to a size of 10 people on weekends, as we have limited parking.
Majority of our trees this season are 6-8 feet tall to cut.
We will have a selection of pre-cut trees available as well for customers who do not want to cut their own.

Please see a staff member at our booth to be directed to cut-your-own area. TREES ARE MARKED WITH TAGS AND CUSTOMERS ARE ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS TO CUT.
WHAT TO EXPECT & BRING WITH YOU

Please see a staff member to pay for your tree before loading it into your vehicle, or having it wrapped at our tree baler.
We are CASH ONLY, due to the lack of electricity and WiFi on our tree farm. Please email us for our price list.
Hand-saws remain available to use, however we do encourage our customers to bring their own if possible. NO CHAINSAWS ALLOWED.
We will be offering hot chocolate this season.
We DO NOT offer wholesale trees. We only offer a small selection of precut trees and a large selection of cut your own.

We appreciate the interest of hosting photography sessions at our tree farm. At this time, we are not accepting any photographer requests as we have a shorter season this year.
Dogs are allowed, but must be on a leash at at times.
